We are building a community of strong men because much of what our forefathers held sacred has been taken away from us.
Sometimes it seems impossible for us to stay the course. Things that should matter most are often times left unattended. The work/spend circus we live in has left many of us disconnected and empty.
Healthy Marriage, Strong Family, Good Children, Meaningful Work, and Quality Time are becoming rare commodities. We are becoming a society of docile, complacent men, consumed more by self-gratification and materialism than the national good.
Together we can change this. Our members must only adhere to a few simple rules, or codes of conduct.
The rules are as follows:
1) I will control my thoughts, words and actions with others as much as possible to protect myself and those I care about. I understand that I will frequently be judged by those who truly do not know me.
2) I will work hard to develop my skills, potential and passions that I may provide adequately for myself and those I care about. I will always keep learning. I will refuse to be consumed by the stature/status circus and will refrain from judging fellow brethren by these standards.
3) When I find myself struggling and unable to positively process my emotions, I will ask my fellow brethren for help and guidance.
That's It Gentlemen!

Welcome to the Frankat40.com Website and Blog!
If you’re seeking information for men, you’ve come to the right place. This website was designed to offer information and resources for and about men. Our intent is to focus on male issues and interests, drawing from the immense resources of the Internet and supplementing those with the human factor - the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas and information via an online forum and through regional networking events.
Navigating at the crossroads
Yes, there is a guy named Frank and he did turn 40. But the site is not about one individual or his personal revelations on hitting that midway point in life. It’s about visualizing the goal of constructing a uniquely male site that presents men with the chance to address the issues and interests that impact them - and then building it. It’s about providing an open venue not just online, but at targeted meetings and events that promote the exchange of ideas, resources and opportunities. On the most fundamental level, Frankat40.com promotes the concept that - even at 40 and beyond - there are still options, challenges and new directions to explore.
Take some time to check out the blog, the main site, and the information and ideas we have to offer. Then bookmark Frankat40.com and return often. We’ve just started building the site, and can guarantee it’s going to be a changing and dynamic place to visit.
